Why I am running
Ich möchte etwas an eine Community zurückgeben, die mir selbst viel gegeben hat, Menschen Mut machen, sie selbst zu sein, und zeigen, dass niemand einem bestimmten Aussehen oder Körperbild entsprechen muss, um dazuzugehören.
I want to give something back to a community that has given me a great deal, encourage people to be themselves and show that nobody has to fit a certain look or body type in order to belong.

Ich möchte die Bear Community sichtbarer und zugänglicher machen – besonders auch außerhalb der großen Städte und auf kleineren CSDs.
I want to make the Bear Community more visible and accessible — especially outside major cities and at smaller Pride events.
Das bin ich
Offen, herzlich und manchmal ein bisschen verrückt.
Florian beschreibt sich als authentisch, offen und nahbar. Er geht gerne auf Menschen zu, hört zu und hat Freude daran, neue Menschen kennenzulernen und miteinander zu verbinden.
Durch seine eigene Geschichte weiß er, wie wichtig es sein kann, einen Ort zu finden, an dem man akzeptiert wird und einfach man selbst sein darf. Deshalb sind ihm ein respektvoller und wertschätzender Umgang besonders wichtig.
Florian ist seit mehreren Jahren Teil der Bear Community und möchte sie mit seiner positiven – manchmal auch etwas verrückten – Art repräsentieren. Dabei möchte er nicht nur auf einer Bühne stehen, sondern für Menschen ansprechbar und nahbar bleiben.
About me
Open, warm-hearted and sometimes a little crazy.
Florian describes himself as authentic, open and approachable. He enjoys meeting people, listening to them and bringing people together.
Through his own experiences, he knows how important it can be to find a place where you are accepted and can simply be yourself. That is why respectful and appreciative interaction with others is particularly important to him.
Florian has been part of the Bear Community for several years and wants to represent it with his positive — and sometimes slightly crazy — personality. He does not simply want to stand on a stage, but remain approachable and connected to people.
Warum ich kandidiere
Etwas zurückgeben und anderen Mut machen.
Als Florian vor etwa drei Jahren in die Bear Community kam, erlebte er schnell, wie viel Zusammenhalt, Offenheit und Zugehörigkeit sie ihm geben kann.
Mit seiner Kandidatur möchte er etwas davon zurückgeben.
Für ihn soll die Bear Community zeigen, dass Zugehörigkeit nicht von einem bestimmten Aussehen oder Körperbild abhängt. Ihm geht es um Selbstakzeptanz, Gemeinschaft und darum, anderen Menschen Mut zu machen, genauso sie selbst zu sein.
Gleichzeitig möchte Florian seine Offenheit und seine Freude an der Community einsetzen, um Menschen miteinander zu verbinden und die Bear Community auch außerhalb der großen Städte sichtbarer zu machen.
Why I am running
Giving something back and encouraging others.
When Florian became part of the Bear Community around three years ago, he quickly experienced the sense of togetherness, openness and belonging it can offer.
Through his candidacy, he wants to give something back.
For him, belonging to the Bear Community should not depend on fitting a particular look or body type. His focus is on self-acceptance, community and encouraging people to simply be themselves.
At the same time, Florian wants to use his openness and enthusiasm for the community to connect people and make the Bear Community more visible beyond the major cities.
Community kennt keine Großstadtgrenzen
Sichtbarkeit auch dort schaffen, wo die Szene kleiner ist.
Florian möchte die Bear Community sichtbarer und zugänglicher machen – auch außerhalb der großen Städte.
Dabei denkt er ausdrücklich auch an kleinere CSDs. Bear Community soll für ihn nicht nur dort sichtbar sein, wo bereits große Szenen und etablierte Veranstaltungen bestehen.
Menschen sollen auch in kleineren Städten erleben können, dass sie Teil dieser Community sein können.
Florian möchte damit Menschen ermutigen, zu sich selbst zu stehen und sich in der Bear Community willkommen und akzeptiert zu fühlen – unabhängig davon, wo sie leben.
Community goes beyond big cities
Creating visibility where the scene may be smaller.
Florian wants to make the Bear Community more visible and accessible beyond major cities.
He specifically mentions smaller Pride events as places where the Bear Community can be represented. For him, visibility should not be limited to cities that already have large and established scenes.
People in smaller cities should also be able to experience that they can be part of this community.
Florian wants to encourage people to be themselves and feel welcome and accepted within the Bear Community — regardless of where they live.
Was Community für mich bedeutet
Zugehörigkeit. Freundschaft. Akzeptanz.
Für Florian bedeutet die Bear Community vor allem Zugehörigkeit, Freundschaft und Akzeptanz.
Sie gibt ihm das Gefühl, einfach er selbst sein zu können und genauso angenommen zu werden, wie er ist.
Besonders der Zusammenhalt und die Menschen innerhalb der Community machen sie für ihn zu etwas Besonderem.
What community means to me
Belonging. Friendship. Acceptance.
For Florian, the Bear Community is above all about belonging, friendship and acceptance.
It gives him the feeling that he can simply be himself and be accepted exactly as he is.
For him, it is especially the sense of togetherness and the people within the community that make it special.
Kritik & Konflikte
Offen ansprechen, zuhören und daraus lernen.
Florian möchte Konflikte offen und respektvoll ansprechen.
Dabei ist ihm wichtig, anderen zuzuhören und auch andere Meinungen verstehen zu wollen – selbst dann, wenn er sie nicht teilt.
Kritik betrachtet er als Möglichkeit, sich selbst zu reflektieren und daraus zu lernen.
Criticism & conflict
Address it openly, listen and learn from it.
Florian wants to address conflicts openly and respectfully.
Listening to others and trying to understand different opinions is important to him — even when he does not share them.
He sees criticism as an opportunity for self-reflection and learning.
Wenn ich eine Superkraft hätte …
… würde ich Menschen zusammenbringen.
Florians Superkraft wäre, Menschen zusammenzubringen.
Er würde sie nutzen, um Menschen miteinander zu verbinden, ihnen das Gefühl von Einsamkeit zu nehmen und dafür zu sorgen, dass niemand glaubt, allein oder nicht gut genug zu sein.
If I had a superpower …
… I would bring people together.
Florian's superpower would be bringing people together.
He would use it to connect people, help take away feelings of loneliness and make sure nobody feels alone or believes that they are not good enough.
Als Repräsentant
Authentisch, offen und herzlich – national wie international.
Florian möchte Deutschland authentisch, offen und herzlich vertreten.
Dabei möchte er neue Menschen und andere Communities kennenlernen, Kontakte knüpfen und zeigen, wie vielfältig und herzlich die deutsche Bear Community ist.
Diese Offenheit möchte er sowohl innerhalb Deutschlands als auch international leben.

Ich würde kurz erzählen, wer ich bin, woher ich komme und was mich mit der Bear Community verbindet.
Dabei wäre mir besonders wichtig, authentisch zu bleiben und der Jury zu zeigen, wer ich wirklich bin.
